Abstract:
The relationship of structural geology and hydrogeological characteristics NW Jordan. Superior 3 phase tectonic model was derived from re-evaluation of structural elements which are strongly influences the underground flow dynamics and the hydrochemical characteristics. Fold and fault orientated aquifer geometry, structural controlled recharge conditions and the resulting mean residence time in the underground enhances chemical reactions and therefore determines the hydrochemical characteristics
