High Throughput Analytics for Protein Purification Process Development and Process Control

This thesis makes an original contribution to the area of fast protein analytics mainly for application in combination with high throughput process development. A central topic is the more efficient utilization of equipment routinely used for protein analysis and quantification. This was shown to be possible both with purely practical measures as well as by applying multivariate analysis and calibration in areas where traditionally only univariate data is used.
