Characterization of Phase Behavior and Protein Interactions of Monoclonal Antibodies

Abstract:
Monoclonal antibodies are one of the fastest growing product classes in biopharmaceutics. Screening strategies for phase behavior and interactions of these proteins are established in this work. Experimental results are compared with empirical and thermodynamic approaches. Gained knowledge will reduce efforts in crystallization condition screening and optimization of other downstream processing steps.
