Berner, Martin; Harshavardhan, Jegadeesan

Abstract (englisch):

Based on the in-memory database HANA, SAP fundamentally rethought and redesigned its business process management offering. In this paper we explain how organizations can use the new product SAP Operational Process Intelligence to create real-time process visibility and propose line-of-business workers appropriate actions to respond immediately on critical business situations. This product is designed to capture and manage the increasing vast amount of relevant process events from different internal and external systems.
