Protein-protein interactions in oligomers studied by solid-state NMR in biomembranes

Xu, Xiaojun

Abstract (englisch):
Distance measurements are central to structural biology, as they can reveal specific details of protein-protein interactions. Solid-state NMR is a versatile tool to determine selective distances on the scale of Å within and between proteins in a membrane environment. In this study, these three typical approaches (CPMG, REDOR and CODEX) were applied on protein the systems of TisB, E5, and E5/PDGF?R and compared in their performance.
