Beyond Process Mining - Process Mining für Prozesstransformation und ERP-Einführungen
Abstract:
Process Mining ist eine Big-Data-Technologie, die Unternehmensdaten auf Muster hin untersucht. Mit Process Mining können Prozessentscheidungen wie die Prozessstandardisierung und Prozessdesigns unterstützt werden. Beispielhaft kann dies an bei der Einführung von SAP© S/4 Hana in einem Unternehmen gezeigt werden. Dabei werden Daten aus ERP-Systemen extrahiert, visualisiert und analysiert. Künftige Prozesse im Unternehmen sind von hoher Dynamik gekennzeichnet. Process Mining is a big data technology that scans company data for patterns. Process Mining supports process decisions such as process standardization and process design. This can be demonstrated by way of example during the introduction of SAP© S/4 Hana in a company. Data from ERP systems is extracted, visualized and analyzed. Future processes in the company are highly dynamic. Existing knowledge about processes has been available for a long time as "to be" knowledge that was not necessarily congruent with the actual state. Process Mining can make all possible process variants visible and thus, for example, make group-wide ERP solutions more efficient.
