Algorithmus zur objektiven Analyse des Einflusses von Gewindeparametern von Holzschrauben auf die Rissbildung - Algorithm for an objective analysis of the influence of thread parameters of wood screws on crack formation
Abstract:
Für die Gestaltung von Holzschrauben ist der Zusammenhang zwischen der Gestalt des Gewindes und der Funktion Tragfähigkeit besonders wichtig. Dies erfordert eine objektive Analyse des Versagens. Mit diesem Algorithmus wird eine objektive Analyse der Rissbildung von Holz in Holzschraubenverbindungen unter Verwendung von Bildverarbeitung möglich. Bewertungsgrößen sind hierbei die Risslänge und Rissbreite.
Abstract (englisch):
For the design of wood screws, the relationship between the thread parameters and the function withdrawal capacity is important. For this purpose, the objective analysis of the failure behavior is necessary. With this algorithm an objective analysis of the cracks of wood in wood screw connections using image processing becomes possible. Evaluation parameters are the crack length and crack width.
