Short summary:
Heuristics and analysis techniques exist to overcome the non-transparency, but their selection and adaption for particular cases is often difficult and not supported methodically.
Classes of errors occurring in system observation are operationalised into requirements for analysis techniques to develop the Selection Matrix.
This is evaluated on a wood screw connection as a non-transparent system. In the following, the evaluation of the analysis techniques is explained. The Chapters are sorted by requirements.
