The ANCISTRUS package derives atmospheric circulation from MIPAS/ENVISAT monthly mean VMR distributions. For detailed description of the method and its validation, see publications 10.5194/acp-16-14563-2016 and 10.5194/acp-2020-72.
The Processor Library is a Fortran 90 collection of general computing tools used also in the MIPAS/ENVISAT data processor and elsewhere.
Unpack with 'tar xvzf ancistrus_software.tar.gz'.
This version of ANCISTRUS is only provided for validation of its functionality and the results in the publications 10.5194/acp-2020-72 and 10.5194/acp-2019-704 and not released for distribution of the original or modified versions.
The Processor library is licensed under LGPLv2.1 and may be modified and distributed under the terms of that license.
