Abstract:

The Glossary of Terms is a result of the Metadata Working Group , which involves members of the “Nanoscience Foundries and Fine Analysis” (NFFA) EUROPE Pilot (NEP) and of the Joint Lab “Integrated Model and Data Driven Materials Characterization” (JL-MDMC) of the Helmholtz Association.This Glossary aims at describing at a high level both experimental and computational workflows, framed in the existing or planned management infrastructure of the involved projects, and at representing the provenance information.
