Physical activity related digital healthcare - Planning interventions for older people on the example of people with dementia in nursing homes

This habilitation develops and evaluates a theory‑ and evidence‑based approach to digital physical activity–related healthcare for older adults, exemplified by people with dementia in nursing homes. Using the Intervention Mapping Framework, it designs and implements a user‑centered, digitally supported individualized exercise intervention delivered by nursing staff and examines feasibility, usability and preliminary cognitive and physical effects within real‑world care contexts.
