This submission includes raw 19F-MRI data generated for ligand binding characterization, supported by T2-relaxation results for compound screening (IC50 determination by originLab) and reference datasets (in Excel, the hit ranking). Raw MRI data acquired for ligand binding and screening studies. The dataset includes measurements from compressed sensing experiments (capillary and honeycomb setups), reference library acquisitions for BZA, BZD, and MZA, as well as raw data from trypsin primary hit screening and strong ligand validation. Additional raw data related to a CoAD study are also included.
