This online appendix provides the list of 34 documentation sources collected for the identification of decentralization drivers of 32 distributed ledger technology (DLT) systems. It accompanies the paper:

This appendix documents the empirical sources used in the qualitative document analysis. This appendix is supplementary material only. The research design, coding procedure, grounding process, and interpretation of results are described in the main paper.
