Abstract:

Abstract (englisch):

Lead-halide-based perovskites have been the catalyst for the rapid advancement in the field of perovskite solar cells. Their remarkable optoelectronic properties come at the cost of lead toxicity and extreme sensitivity to environmental degradation, hindering their commercial scalability. Meanwhile, oxide semiconductors have demonstrated excellent chemical and thermal stability but have yet to achieve competitive performance in photovoltaic applications. This work addresses these challenges by systematically exploring high-entropy materials as a new design approach for sustainable, lead-free semiconducting systems. ... mehr
