Arznei- und Aromapflanzen sind eine zentrale Hochwertkulturgruppe für Controlled
Environment Agriculture (CEA). Ihr wirtschaftlicher Wert hängt jedoch von der
reproduzierbaren Modulation phytochemischer Profile ab. Chemische Elizitoren können
Rückstands- und Zulassungsfragen aufwerfen, was die Entwicklung nicht-chemischer

Medicinal and aromatic plants are a key high-value crop class for controlled environment
agriculture (CEA), but their economic value depends on reproducible modulation of
phytochemical profiles. Chemical elicitors can raise residue and regulatory concerns,
motivating the development of non-chemical alternatives. This work investigates gravitropic
stimulation as a non-invasive elicitation strategy in Mentha × piperita under CEA conditions.
