SonderForschungsBereich 504","abstract":"A population of players is considered in which each agent can select her neighbors in\r\norder to play a symmetric 2\u00a32 game with each of them. The result of the simultaneous\r\nneighborhood choice of each agent is a network on the population from. We analyze all\r\ntypes of 2 \u00a3 2 games and show how the payo\u00ae structure in the 2 \u00a3 2 games a\u00aeects the\r\nresulting equilibrium networks. Depending on the size of the communication costs the\r\nresulting equilibrium networks may be characterized by bipartite graphs if the coordina-\r\ntion game is of the Hawk\/Dove type while networks show a tendency to build complete\r\nor disconnected graphs if agents play a pure coordination game. Furthermore, for each\r\n2 \u00a3 2 game we determine the equilibrium strategy distribution which is realized in the\r\nequilibrium networks.","kit-publication-id":"1000004141"}]
