Shack-Hartman sensor wavefront reconstruction software

Abstract (englisch):
This software retrieves the different contrasts transmission, scattering and differential phase from 2D patterned images of Hartman or Shack-Hartman sensors. Additionally the absolute phase can be reconstructed.

With SHWaveRecon you can reconstruct mutli-contrast images from Hartman and Shack-Harmtan like sensors which generate a 2D pattern of light spots. It allows to reconstruct the transmission, scattering (also called diffraction or dark-field), diferential phase and also the absolute phase by comparing images without and with the tested sample.
