My Sustainability Self-Experiment Journal

As part of the "Spring Days of Sustainability at KIT" action days organized by ZAK, the workshop "Sustainability in Self-Experimentation" was offered from 2018 to 2022. In this workshop, students developed and conducted their own sustainability self-experiments. The format included two block events, between which the self-chosen self-experiment was implemented and documented in a journal. This journal, available in both German and English, guides students through the entire process with guiding questions and serves as a structure for documentation and reflection.
